The following are the latest Terms & conditions, last revised on 1st of April 2025

1. All orders received before 1pm will be dispatched on the same day.
2. We don’t Dispatch on Sundays and Holidays
3. Shipping is free all over India for all orders, with a minimum order value of Rs. 300. Orders below 300/- will be charged extra shipping of Rs. 60.
4. We may charge for Shipping in Future. And if at all we charge than what will be the basis and how much shipping charges, that depends on the time being.
5. For Cash on Delivery orders we don’t charge anything extra on website orders, as the price is already adjusted for COD charges. However orders received on WhatsApp and Social Media will be charged Extra Rs. 50/- per item as Cash Collection Charges.
6. Returns request should be raised only for Products received in Damage condition or with manufacturing defects. All return request should be raised within 7 days after Delivery.
7. For Return cases where Reverse Pickup facility is not available the customer is requested to return the shipment on Self-Ship basis and the cost of which will be reimbursed along with the Refund.
8. For International Shipping, No Returns/Refunds and Replacement will be provided, as the product will be dispatch only after a thorough Quality check.
9. Shipping Charges for International Locations changes frequently and vary from Country to Country to a large extent. Hence for International Shipments currently we take Orders manually through WhatsApp/Facebook/Instagram or eMail.
10. Store credits will never be Transferred in your bank account.
